Babywearing: Momcozy vs. Boba Wrap
Two wraps, two different stages of motherhood!
During those early newborn days, I loved my Momcozy structured wrap. It was already put together, easy to adjust with Baby Boy inside, and didn't require me to figure out a mile of fabric while running on approximately three hours of broken sleep. 😂
But as he grew (around 15 pounds), I started having trouble keeping him feeling secure. The metal rings also began digging into my sides, which wasn't exactly comfortable.
Enter the Boba Wrap!
Once I figured out how to tie it, I understood why people love it. There's definitely a learning curve, but I'm still comfortably carrying my 22-pound boy in it, and it continues to feel secure when properly tied.
My verdict: Momcozy was my favorite for convenience during the newborn stage. Boba wins for comfort and longevity in our experience.
Both served a purpose, and I don't regret having either!
Always follow each carrier's weight limits, positioning instructions, and safe babywearing guidelines.
Whiffee 3-in-1 Bedside Bassinet

One of my favorite purchases for surviving the newborn stage after a C-section!
After an unexpected C-section, having somewhere to put Baby Boy that I could easily move around the house was an absolute lifesaver.
The wheels made moving from room to room simple, and I loved the large storage compartment underneath. I could keep diapers, wipes, and other newborn necessities nearby without constantly getting up to retrieve something.
It also has rocking functionality, which adds some versatility.
What I loved: Mobility, convenient storage, and having everything within reach during recovery.
What I didn't love: Mine seemed slightly uneven once Baby Boy got heavier. After 15ish pounds he had a tendency to roll to one side. I tried positioning him diagonally, but looking back, that's something I would take seriously when evaluating a sleep space.
My verdict: The mobility and storage were fantastic, especially during C-section recovery. I still use mine for storage and diaper changes now that Baby Boy is pulling himself up, but no longer as a place to put him.
Safety note: Babies need a firm, flat, level sleep surface. Stop using a bassinet for sleep when the manufacturer's developmental or weight limits are reached.
Ingenuity My Baby Bath Seat

With one bathroom and limited storage space, I needed something easy to install and remove. This bath seat delivered!
What I love: Quick setup, easy removal, and a convenient way to support a baby during supervised baths.
What I don't love: It's a little bulky to store, especially in a small house. But honestly, it's manageable!
My verdict: A helpful product for the sitting-up stage, although that stage doesn't last forever!
Safety note: Always stay within arm's reach during baths. Discontinue use once your baby can pull up to stand, as directed by the manufacturer.
